About Leslie Stanfield
Leslie is an independent Senior Placement Advisor in the San Francisco Bay Area. She received a BA in Social Science and a CA State Elementary Teaching Credential from San Jose State University and maintains an RCFE Administrators license with the California Department of Social Services.
Leslie spent over 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry working with medical professionals and 11 years in the senior care industry as an Executive Director, Sales Director and Regional Director of Sales for assisted living.
Through her personal experience as the mother of a physically and mentally challenged child, and caregiver to her aging parents, Leslie has developed a very personal passion for health care.
My family’s journey with our Father and Alzheimer’s disease deepened my passion for helping families identify the needs of their loved ones and helping them make difficult decisions regarding care. I take great pride in providing the guidance and support families need in selecting the best possible care.
No words can express our gratitude for the people that walked with us through this journey and it is my goal to provide this for each family that contacts me for help.
My years of working in the assisted living industry has provided me with numerous opportunities to be a part of helping other families through their own challenges, and for each of them, I am grateful for the privilege.
